How to Get a Georgia Alcohol Broker’s License

Obtaining a Georgia Alcohol Broker’s License involves several steps and specific requirements. Here’s a breakdown of the process:

  1. Eligibility:
    • Ensure your business entity is legally registered and authorized to operate in Georgia.
    • Verify your eligibility to broker specific types of alcohol based on the required bonds (Malt Beverage, Liquor Broker, or Wine).
