The West Virginia Telemarketing Registration Corporate Bond is required by the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue. A bond of $100,000 may be filed for each telemarketing location, including the principal office and branch office. Alternatively, a single bond amount of $500,000 may be filed for all locations of the telemarketer.
