The State of Washington Department of Agriculture requires a Weighmaster’s Surety Bond in the amount of $1,000. Said bond shall be conditioned that the principal will not commit any fraudulent act. Said bond shall be to the state for the benefit of every person availing himself or herself of the services and certifications issued by a weighmaster, or weigher subject to his or her control.
