The San Antonio Sidewalk, Curbs, Gutters Bond confirms that the bond holder will pay the City of San Antonio any and all costs, damages and expenses which the City may incur or suffer, by reason of any acts or omission of the bond holder, his agents or servants, in violation of the provisions.
This bond is required as part of the registration process for the Sidewalk and Curb Contractor License. If the applicant does not submit this bond with the application, a license cannot be granted.
