Rhode Island Auctioneer Bond

The Rhode Island Auctioneer Bond is required by the Director of The Department of Business Regulation. The bond amount will not exceed $10,000 and not be less than $2,000, at the discretion of the director.

The bond states that the bondholder, or Principal, will comply with the provisions of Title 5, Chapter 5-58 of the General Laws of Rhode Island, An Act Relating to the Licensing of Auctioneers.
