The Tennessee Professional Fund Raiser or Solicitor Bond is required by the Charitable Solicitations Division for all professional solicitors. The bond is required to be in the amount of $25,000. The bond states that the bondholder will follow the act T.C.A. § 48-101-501 et seq and follow valid rules and regulations made by the Secretary of State respecting all of the provisions of the said Act.
