The bond ensures that the bondholder, or Principal, will abide by the provisions of Title 15, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 775A 1-4.

A commercial telephone seller is a person who, in the course of such person’s business, vocation or occupation, on the person’s own behalf or on behalf of another person, causes or attempts to cause a commercial telephone solicitation to be made.
- Completed application form. This must be signed by all principals of the Commercial Telephone Seller
- Payment for the filing fee and renewal fee. The total amount to be paid is $350. It can be paid through cashier’s check or money order made payable to the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Revolving Fund.
