The bond is required to be in the amount of $10,000 for an individual or $100,000 for an agency, and it must have a two-year term. The bond states that the bondholder shall comply with NYC Administrative Code Sections 20-403 et seq. and Rules of the City of New York Sections 2-231 et seq.
