The New Hampshire Charitable Solicitation Bond is required by the State of New Hampshire, Department of Justice, at a required amount of $20,000 for all who wish to be paid solicitors in the state. A paid solicitor is a person or persons, that is hired by a charitable organization to conduct a fundraising campaign on behalf of the charity and retaining a percentage of the funds as their payment. All paid solicitors are required to be registered yearly with the Charitable Trusts Unit.
