The New Hampshire Career School Licensing Bond is required by the State of New Hampshire, Department of Education. The bond states that the bondholder shall faithfully perform all agreements and contracts entered into with students as disclosed by the application for a license and comply with all provisions of governing regulations. There is no set bond amount, but it should not be less than $10,000.
To fulfill the necessary requirements make sure that an application has been completed and approved by the Office of Career School Licensing for each facility that your school will use for educational instruction. Aside from that and the surety bond, the following must also be submitted:
