The Nebraska Lottery Retailer Bond is required by the Nebraska Lottery Game Retailer. The bond states that the bondholder shall comply with the law as specified in Neb. Rev State., section 9-813 R.S. Supp., 1993 as amended. 

What are the requirements that must be met in order to be a Nebraska Lottery Retailer?

All applicants must be at least 19 years old in order to be eligible. Other requirements include:

• A completed application form – make sure to answer all parts of the application – Retailer Application, Retailer Background Information, Financial Information. Do remember that every location must have a separate application.
• Nebraska Tax Identification Number
• Surety bond – the amount of the surety bond may differ per applicant.
