The bond states that the bondholder shall comply with all the provisions of Chapter 100A of General Laws, and any amendments thereof or additions and Pay any and all fines or penalties incurred by him through violations of the provisions of said Chapter 100A and any amendments.

• Payment of $450 for registration fee (through check or money order out to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts).
• Two letters of recommendation.
• Copy of the declaration page of your company’s workmen’s compensation insurance policy
• Letter from your licensed appraiser that you have employed them
• A $10,000 surety bond.
