The Missouri Public Adjuster Solicitor Bond is required by the State of Missouri, Department of Insurance. The bond states that the bondholder shall, in conformity with the provisions of the Laws of the State of Missouri, satisfactorily account for all funds received in settlement losses or claims for holders of insurance policies within the provisions of Sections 325.010 to 325.055, RSMo 1986. • Completed Application Form
• Must take and pass the Missouri Public Adjuster Solicitor Examination
• If a non-resident, you must submit an original letter of certification dated within the past 6 months issued by your resident state.
• Payment of $100 for the application fee
• A $1,000 surety bond, accompanied by a Power of Attorney
