The bond states that the bondholder shall pay or cause to be paid the tax or fees imposed by law on all alcoholic liquors manufactured, warehoused, or wholesaled by the bondholder. The bond amount is set at $1,000.

• A completed “Out-of-State Manufacturer & Wholesaler License & Permit Application” Inspection and License fees. Checks made payable to the “State of Michigan”
• A copy of your Federal Basic Permit
• A Surety Bond executed by an insurance company in the amount of $1,000.00.

CORPORATIONS

• A copy of your Articles of Incorporation
• A certificate of good standing from the state where incorporated
• A copy of your Federal Basic Permit
• A completed “Out-of-State Manufacturer & Wholesaler License & Permit Application”)
• License fee. Checks made payable to the “State of Michigan”
• A completed “Report of Stockholders/Members/Partners”

LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES (LLC)

• A copy of your Articles of Organization
• A copy of your Operating Agreement
• A certificate of good standing from the state where organized
• A copy of your Federal Basic Permit
• A completed “Out-of-State Manufacturer & Wholesaler License & Permit Application”
• The license fee, checks made payable to the “State of Michigan”
• A completed “Report of Stockholders/Members/Partners”
• A Surety Bond executed by an insurance company in the amount of $1,000.00.
