The bond is an application used by insurance companies to grant bonds for online Record Services for Direct Access Records Systems or License Monitoring System. Only insurance companies licensed by the Maryland Insurance Administration may request remote access to electronically transmit information. Insurance company’s must complete the Remote Access Request Form for all new requests, account changes and account deletion.
