- Non Beverage users: Class 1-$200, Class 2-$500, Class 3-$1000, Class 4-$5000, Class 5-$10,000
*$15,00 or an amount equal to the highest monthly liability for any of the 12 months immediately prior to renewal.

Applicants must get a Federal Employer Identification Number and obtain a standard Tax Clearance Certificate before they can apply. They must register with the Kansas Department of Revenue to collect and pay all applicable taxes.
