  5. Scanned copy of Federal Basic Permit
  6. Scanned copy of Local License
  7. Scanned copy of the Warehouse Lease/Deed
  8. Scanned copy of current annual registration from the GA Secretary of State’s Office
  9. Scanned copy of the Warehouse Lease/Deed
  10. Power of Attorney (if applicable)
  11. Fees ($500)

The bond has a mandatory expiration date of 12/31 each year. The bond states that the bond holder will promptly pay all sums which may be required due to taxes, license fees, rental charges, including all penalties and interest.
