The Connecticut Bond for Private Detective and Security Service License is required by the Commissioner of Emergency Services and Public Protection of the State of Connecticut in order to obtain a license in this profession. The required bond amount is $10,000 and runs for a period of two years. The bond states that the company will follow the provisions of Chapter 534, Sections 29-153 through 29-161 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
