The Arkansas Combative Sports Surety Bond is required by the Arkansas State Athletic Commission. The bond amount starts at $2,000 for an Amateur and $5,000 for a professional. This bond is in place to ensure payment on gross receipts taxes, fines/civil penalties, amounts owed to Officials, Contestants, or others with whom the bond holder has contracted–each of which arise out of an Event or other matter under the jurisdiction of the Commission during the Effective Period.
