The Super Preferred Plus rate is the lowest rate in the surety bond industry. It is not a teaser rate. Some agencies offer the first year bond at a low rate basically by writing the bond for without compensation and then increasing the bond to the filed rate at renewal. With excellent credit, this is the filed rate of the surety.
