The Nevada Sellers of Travel Surety Bond is required by the Department of Business and Industry, Nevada Consumer Affairs Division, at a required amount $50,000. The cost of  this bond is only $500 for the year. The bond states that the bond holder will follow the provisions of NRS 598 and conditions set forth in NRS Chapter 598.
