The Texas Fitting and Dispensing of Hearing Instruments Surety Bond states that the bond holder will pay all taxes and contributions due to the State of Texas and its political subdivisions. The bolder will also pall all judgement that the Principal may be required to pay for negligently or improperly dispensing hearing instruments or for breaching a contract relating to the dispensing of hearing instruments.
