The Oklahoma Telemarketing Registration Bond is required by the State of Oklahoma Office of Attorney General in the amount of $10,000. This is a requirement for all those who would like to be registered as a commercial telephone seller in the state. The bond ensures that the bondholder, or Principal, will abide by the provisions of Title 15, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 775A 1-4.

What requirements need to satisfied for the registration bond?

A commercial telephone seller is a person who, in the course of such person’s business, vocation or occupation, on the person’s own behalf or on behalf of another person, causes or attempts to cause a commercial telephone solicitation to be made.

• Completed application form. This must be signed by all principals of the Commercial Telephone Seller
• Payment for the filing fee and renewal fee. The total amount to be paid is $350. It can be paid through cashier’s check or money order made payable to the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Revolving Fund.
• Surety bond in the amount $25,000
