The Ohio Contractor Bond-Summit County is required by the Summit County Department of Building Standards. The amount of the bond is set at $10,000 for the year. The bond states that the bondholder shall perform its work in the County of Summit in a workmanlike manner. Above all, they shall comply with the laws of Summit County.
