   • The bond amount varies depending on the specific contract and is typically based on the estimated annual sales volume of liquor.
   • The bond guarantees that the agency will comply with all the terms and conditions of the contract and will faithfully perform its duties.
   • The cost of this surety bond is usually between 1% and 3% of the bond amount, subject to a minimum premium and fees of $150.
