The State of Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, Equal Rights Division, requires an Employment Agent’s bond in the amount of $5,000 for all employment agents. An employment agent is defined as all persons who furnish to persons seeking employment, information enabling or tending to enable such persons to secure the same, or who furnish employers seeking laborers or other help of any kind, information enabling such employers to secure help, or who keep a register of persons seeking employment or help. The conditions of this obligation require the principal, or bond holder, to conform to and not violate any of the duties, terms, conditions, and requirements of Wisconsin statutes pertaining to employment agents.

• Proposed contract and fee schedule
• Copy of franchise or affiliation agreement if applicable
• Copy of certified statement required under DWD 277.04(3)
